Most pieces are crafted to order and require approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch.

If your chosen piece is already available in stock, your order will be shipped sooner. If you need your jewellery by a specific date, please don't hesitate to get in touch before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Barcelona, Spain.

Once your piece is ready, estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 1–3 business days
European Union: 2–5 business days
International: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping is free on:

• Orders over €200 within Spain.
• Orders over €300 worldwide.

For orders below these amounts, shipping rates are:

• Spain (Peninsula): €10
• European Union: €20
• Rest of the world: €35

All orders are shipped with DHL Express, fully tracked and insured until delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or unforeseen courier delays.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

We hope you will love your jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• unworn and in their original condition;
• returned in their original packaging;
• accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Once your return has been approved and received, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Due to their unique nature, bespoke commissions, personalised pieces and jewellery made to your specific requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewellery is made to be worn, enjoyed and lived with. Over time, signs of wear are a natural part of its life.

We are happy to assess repairs, resizing and restoration whenever possible. Some services may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work and the time elapsed since purchase.

Slight variations in colour, inclusions and texture are part of the inherent beauty of natural materials. Likewise, subtle differences resulting from the handmade process make each piece unique and should not be considered imperfections.
