These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Laura Brichs Jewelry.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using this website.

Every piece is designed and handcrafted in our Barcelona workshop.

As each piece is made by hand using recycled precious metals and natural gemstones, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and dimensions are to be expected. These characteristics are part of the nature and individuality of handmade jewellery and should not be regarded as defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination country and current legal requirements.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Bespoke commissions and personalised pieces are developed in close collaboration with each client.

Because these pieces are created specifically for an individual, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Clients are encouraged to review all design details carefully before confirming a bespoke commission.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All content displayed on this website—including photographs, designs, jewellery designs, text, logos and graphics—is the intellectual property of Laura Brichs Jewelry unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laura Brichs Jewelry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the purchase of products through it.

Our total liability shall never exceed the value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
